I grew up in an Italian family – with a lot of temperament and linguistic diversity. Even as a child, I felt that language and culture are connected: at home I spoke Italian, outside German – at school and university I also learned French and Spanish.
During my years abroad in Spain and France, I didn't just learn languages—I truly experienced local life: I studied, worked in an office, lived with locals, made friends with them, and navigated everyday life. I know what it's like to navigate a different culture—with all its social codes, traditions, and aha moments.
These experiences now flow into my language workshops and intercultural trainings – authentic, relevant to everyday life, and full of cultural depth.

Two unforgettable courses with Carmen – one about Emilia Romagna, the other about Italian Easter.
Both were truly an experience! Not only did I gain fascinating background knowledge about customs, specialties, and Italian culture, but I was also able to experience it with all my senses.
I was particularly impressed by the listening exercises with authentic Italian voices and the many interactive methods that Carmen so warmly incorporated into the course. When I spent Easter in Italy shortly afterward, the course allowed me to fully enjoy everything – including the 'colomba di Pasqua'.
